Creator API

The API lets you reward players who vote and display your rank. Generate a key in the creator space and call it from your server : a key visible in the browser can be stolen.

Authentication: header Authorization: Bearer ji_… on every request.

Has a player voted?

Returns the latest vote in the last 1 h 30, by username (entered on the vote page) or by IP address.

Send player scores

Only each player's best score is kept. Scores show up on your page and in the leaderboards.

Vote webhook

On every vote, a POST request is sent to the address set in the creator space (5 s timeout, no retry):

Always check the signature before handing out a reward. Node.js example:

SVG image updated every 10 minutes, with your rank in your category and your votes this month. The ready-to-paste HTML code is in the creator space.

Error codes

  • 401 : missing or invalid key.
  • 400 : missing parameter (the message says which one).
  • 503 : service temporarily unavailable.
